We recognise the need for change and intend to provide essential services to the masses. Today, there are many people living without access to these basic public services that could improve their quality of life.

We have developed a product and strategy that provide the tools and support to government to enable them to make a sustainable impact in under-served communities in South Africa.

Using large-scale, multi-disciplinary solutions, we deliver infrastructure development and managed services directly to communities ensuring convenience and minimum disruption.

We drive the project from supporting the ideation of custom custom solutions to seeing through operations. We have the capacity to manage staffing, maintenance, unique operational planning and support, customised data-capturing solutions and tech-based security tools to ensure our partners’ investments stay on track to make the impact they were designed to make

CEO Thembi Mbele

Thembi Mbele is a distinguished South African businesswoman with an impressive career in the construction industry for 27 years. She has worked on construction projects in South Africa and SADC region, completing 39 projects with a proven track record. She has dominated the private sector for years, working with Group 5 for nine years, Conco, Murry & Roberts, WHO, Adamson & Nielson, ABCON, and Sasol Pension Fund.

She is currently working with Raubex Building delivering huge projects with the company and is a major shareholder of Sifikile Project Management.

She is the National President of (TWWIC-SA) The Women in Water, Infrastructure, and Construction South Africa - Built Environment, established in 2017. TWWIC-SA is a stakeholder of Human Settlement. She has 19 years of leadership experience and has participated in the formation of women in construction organizations since 1997. She participated in the draft policy of ASGISA, the Construction Charter policy, and the PPPFA policy review. She played a key role in the Charter Council that formed the Black Business Council (BBC).

She has represented women in construction internationally with the New York Women in Construction (NAWIC) in New York City, Buffalo City, Texas Dallas, Las Vegas, and Canada. She attended the presidential leadership training in Las Vegas during the NAWIC Conference in 2008. She is a member of Women in Human Settlement Task Team Committee established 2023. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion, encouraging other women to explore construction opportunities and build legacies for future generations.

Dumisani-Khoza-Bio

Chairman Dumisani Khoza

A veteran of the army struggle, 18 years in exile. MK, who was operational in Zambia, Angola, and Tanzania as the ANC youth league leader in East Africa. In 1999, he was elected to the National Executive Committee (NEC) of Umkhontho WeSizwe Veterans Association and served as the treasurer general.

He ventured into the corporate business industry as the first black executive for Standard Bank South Africa. He was appointed as the major shareholder of petroleum company, Total SA, from 1996-1999. In the year 2000 he was the chairman/executive of Leadership Development and Policy Consultant (PTY) LTD, assisting black-owned companies to partner with big private sector corporate companies. The company provided organizational, lobbying, and transformation services over the years. He has been a key player in various initiatives to address the imbalances of Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) in South Africa. He was the director for Cell C, Siemens, and Telkom.

He served as a member of the Far East Development, Alexandra Broadcasting Trust, Alexandra Land and Property Association committees. These community programs that he has been involved in bear testament to his legacy as one of the Pioneers of Black Economic Empowerment (BEE). He is currently the Chairman/CEO of Sifikile Industrial Group (PTY) LTD. An equity partner that focuses on building close relationships with various partners in property, construction, renewable energy, electricity generation, telecommunication, and tourism, to name a few. Sifikile Industrial Group (PTY) LTD has worked with Gauteng online, South Point student accommodation, and Vuyani Properties on commercial properties.

Director Michael Walk

Michael Walk is German-born and a South African citizen. A former director of Sifikile Holding, he was part of the first Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) partnership with Siemens Business Services South Africa. He was part of the Gauteng-online project with innovative mobile delivery solutions with the Sifikile Group.

He is currently an Executive Director in Sifikile Project Management. Michael heads the operational and technical department for the company's projects. Sifikile Project Management is currently in partnership with the Rand West City local municipality and the Gauteng Province for the development of Randfontein Gated Village.

Michael is a broad thinking, focused, hardworking, appreciative and understanding of people’s differences, developed by growing up in Germany and South Africa.
